Kookaburra Suite
Our master suite at Birdwood Estate is inspired by the iconic kingfisher native to the area. It features a grand four-poster bed, a fireplace, and seating for two overlooking our grounds and lake. The room also has an ensuite and direct access to the verandah.
Blue Wren Room
This ground-floor room offers a private view of the alfresco area. Navy accents and oak furnishings create a calming atmosphere, and the double-hung windows provide a picturesque view of the gardens.
Honey Eater Room
We adore this room with its breathtaking bay windows that offer a serene view of the lake and grounds. The soft colour palette is inspired by the native Honey Eaters, and the cozy seating area is perfect for reading or enjoying a cup of tea in peace.
spinebill room
The Western Spinebill, native to the woodlands of southwest Australia, inspired our branding. From the verandah, take in stunning views of the lake and neighbouring vineyards.
Cockatoo Room
This room, inspired by the Carnaby's Black Cockatoo, is designed for kids. It features two king single beds and two single trundles, providing a private space when they're not busy having fun in the dedicated kids' area.
“All the bedrooms are large but two are huge!!! Beds are super comfy and again very tastefully furnished/decorated. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor open out to a large verandah that goes around half of the property, which is the perfect spot for those morning cups of tea or coffee!”
